1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/3 cup shredded coconut
Mix together first 3 ingredients. Fold in pineapple and coconut. Chill in refrigerator 45 minutes before serving. Serve with fresh fruit.
