1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
6 apples cut into wedges
Beat first 3 ingredients until smooth. Spread mixture on a small serving plat; top with nuts and serve with apple wedges.
