BAKE SALE BROWNIES

6 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 cup butter, room temperature
1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2/3 cup dark corn syrup
6 large eggs
2 cups sifted flour
2 cup pecan halves

Lightly spray a jelly-roll pan. Melt chocolate and cool slightly. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, salt and sugars until light a fluffy. Beat in corn syrup and eggs one at a time until well blended. Beat in melted chocolate. Add flour, and stir until smooth. Add nuts and stir until evenly distributed. Spread in pan and bake about 40 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
