APRICOT AND CHEESE DELIGHT

No. 2 can apricots, drained and save juice
No. 2 can crushed pineapple, drained and save juice
2 box orange jello
2 cups hot water
1 cup juice, saved from fruit
3/4 cup miniature marshmallows

When jello is slightly thickened, pu int drained apricots and pineapple; chill

Topping
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup juice
1 egg
3 tbsp flour and butter

Cook until clear. Let set until cool. Beat 1 cup whipping cream; combine with cooked mixture. Spread over chilled jello. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
