HONEY KAHLUA FRUIT DIP

2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup honey and orange juice
1/2 cup kahlua
2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
Cinnamon

Pour first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly until mixture coats the back of a spoon. Cool mixture.

Whip cream until slightly thickened. Add confectioners sugar and continue beating until soft peaks form. Fold in whipped cream into cooled mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving. Serve with desired fresh fruit. Makes 4 cups
