BARBECUED BABY-BACK RIBS

4 lbs baby-back pork ribs
1/2 cup honey, mustard and red wine vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp butter
1 tsp salt
2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper and hot sauce
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Place ribs (meat side up) in a roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325for 2 hours; remove from oven and drain off fat.
Meanwhile, combine honey, mustard, vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, butter, salt, pepper and hot sauce in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat and simmer (uncovered) for 30 minutes or until slightly reduced.
Remove from heat and cool at room temperature for 1 hour. Reduce oven temperature to 300F (150C). Brush sauce over baked ribs. Cook ribs, uncovered, for an additional 60 to 75 minutes or until ribs are tender, basting occasionally. Serves 6-8.
