LIME GARLIC MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp shredded lime peel
1/3 cup lime juice
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp packed brown sugar
2 clove garlic, minced

Combine ingredients and use to marinade 1 lb meat about 2 hours before cooking on the grill.
