3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 medium onions, minced
1 medium red bell pepper, minced
3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup bourbon and packed brown sugar
2 tbsp creole mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp soy sauce
2 (12 oz) pkg beef franks, cut into 1 inch pieces
In a saucepan, heat oil and saute onions and pepper until softened, about 3-5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except franks and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low and add franks. Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes. Serve hot.
