TERIYAKI FINGER STEAKS

Category: Grilled Starters

2 lbs boneless sirloin steak, trimmed and sliced into 1/2 inch strips
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp packed brown sugar and minced onion
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp pepper

Combine ingredients in a resealable bag, tossing to coat meat. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Drian, discard marinade. Loosely thread meat strips onto skewers. Grill over medium-hot coats, turning often, for 7-10 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness. Remove from skewers and serve.
