TORTELLINI DO FORNI

1 1/4 lbs cheese tortellini, cooked
Garnish: Fresh chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese

Tomato Basil Cream Sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 cups plum tomatoes; peeled, rough chopped and drained
1 chicken bouillon cube, mashed
4 tsp dried basil
2 tsp fresh chopped parsley
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups heavy cream
4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Sauté the garlic in the olive oil. Add the next 5 ingredients and bring just to a simmer. When the sauce is hot, add the cream to a saucepan and bring to a slow boil. Then add to the hot tomato sauce along with the cheese. Stir well and blend tortellini into the pat of sauce. When serving top with the garnishes. Serves 4
