BANANA NUT BREAD FRENCH TOAST

1 favorite banana bread recipe made
French toast batter
2 cups half-and-half
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp vanilla extract

Blend ingredients. Slices bread 1 inch thick. Coat with batter and cook in a buttered skilled until golden brown on each. Top with fresh bananas, whipped cream and maple syrup.
