MUSTARD MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1/4 cup Dijon mustard, whole seed mustard, hot German mustard, white vinegar and olive oil
1/2 cup apple juice
1 lemon, juiced
1 shallot, sliced
Pepper

Combine ingredients in a bowl, whisk to emulsify. NOTE: Use for poultry and marinade at least 1-3 hours or seafood for 30 minutes.
