1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/3 cup cider vinegar and olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried oregano and grated lemon peel

Combine ingredients and reserve 1/4 cup marinade and refrigerate. Pour remaining marinade over 1 – 1 1/2 lb meat, poultry, seafood or vegetables; cover and refrigerate to marinate. Drain; discard marinade. Cook at desired with reserved 1/4 cup marinade. Marinating times: Beef 4 hour or overnight; chicken – 1-4 hours; seafood and/or vegetables – 30minutes to 1 hour.
