CAPELLINI TUTO MARE

1/2 cup butter
1 lb fresh jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb sea scallops, halved
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups half-and-half
1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese
1/8 tsp curry powder and pepper
8 oz angel hair pasta
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to pkg directions and drain. Melt butter in a large skillet until very hot, but not burning. Cook seafood and garlic in butter over high heat 3-4 minutes, turning frequently until shrimp are pink and scallops are opaque. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Add next 5 ingredients; cook and stir until slightly thickened 3-4 minutes. Divide the pasta between 4 warm plates; ladle sauce over pasta and top with cheese. Serves 4.
