CHESAPEAKE BAY PASTA CHICKEN AND SHRIMP

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning, divided
1 tbsp butter
1/2 lb shrimp or scallops, peeled and deveined
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained
3 green onions, sliced
Coat chicken with 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning. Melt butter in large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes per side. Coat seafood with 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning. Push chicken to one side of skillet; add shrimp. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Mix remaining Old Bay with cream. Add cream mixture, cooked pasta and green onion to skillet. Bring to a boil. Lower heat; simmer 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and pasta is heated through. Serves 5 TIP: Add 1 cup thawed broccoli florets or green peas along with cooked pasta.
