DEEP DISH MEXICAN PIZZA

2 1/2 cups baking mix
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
3/4 cup water
1 lb ground beef
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz) can chopped mild green chilies, drained
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Optional Garnishes: Chopped tomato, chopped jalapeño shredded lettuce, additional shredded cheese, chopped green onion, guacamole and sliced pitted ripe olives
Preheat oven to 425. In a medium bowl, combine the biscuit mix, cornmeal and water; mix well. With floured hands, pat dough on bottom and up sides of greased jellyroll pan. Bake 10 minutes; remove from oven. In a large skillet, brown meat and onion; stir in next 5 ingredients. Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves. Spread beans over baked crust then spoon on meat mixture. Top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes. Garnish with desired toppings. Refrigerate leftovers.
