1 1/2 lbs cod fillets
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 tsp horseradish
2 tsp mustard
1 cup parmesan cheese
Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Put fish in pan. In a small bowl, combine next 3 ingredients and spread mixture over fish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
