BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS IN SOUR CREAM

6 (12 oz) broiler-fryer breasts
2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp celery salt
2 tsp paprika
4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter and shortening

Cut chicken in half and dry. In a large bowl combine cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salts, garlic and pepper. Coat each piece of chicken well. Let stand covered in refrigerator overnight.

Next day preheat oven to 350. Remove chicken from mix and roll in crumbs, coating well. Arrange in single layer in large shallow pan. Melt butter and shortening. Spoon half over chicken. Bake uncovered 45 minutes. Add rest and butter. Bake 15 minutes.
