HONEY-MUSTARD DRESSING

1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup honey
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp minced onion flakes or onion powder
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp yellow mustard

In a medium bowl, whisk together all the until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to use. NOTE: This is great tossed with spinach or mixed salad greens and also in seafood or chicken salads and over grilled chicken or steak.
