HERB-GARLIC VINAIGRETTE

Category: Salad Dressing

1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp water
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning, crushed
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
