GREEK FETA DRESSING

Category: Salad Dressing

1/4 cup white vinegar and crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp minced fresh parsley and oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients except and whisk in the oil. Cover and refrigerate for a least 1 hours before adding to salad.
