1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 tsp paprika, white pepper and garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
Combine all ingredients and mix with a hand mixer on low speed until the Miracle Whip smoothes out, then mix a on a slightly higher speed until it is smooth. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
