BASIL CHICKEN OVER ANGEL HAIR PASTA

1 (8 oz) pkg angel hair pasta
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 1/2 cups seeded and chopped tomatoes
2 cups cooked and cubed chicken
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, in a large, skillet, heat oil and saute onion and garlic until tender. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Reduce heat to medium and cover skillet.

Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently, or until mixture is hot and tomatoes are soft. Toss mixture with hot cooked pasta. Top with cheese. Serves 4
