PEANUT BUTTER CANDY COOKIES

1/2 cup packed brown sugar and peanut butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 1/2 cups rice krispies or granola

In a saucepan, combine 1st 3 ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until dissolved and smooth. Remove form heat and stir in cereal. Drop by tspfuls onto waxed paper and allow to cool.

Variation: Use 1 cup light corn syrup and sugar, 12 oz peanut butter and 6 cups plain corn flakes. Follow directions above.
