ANNIVERSARY BRUGERS

2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp whipping cream and milk
2 slices bread, torn up
1 tbsp dried onion, minced
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp pepper and dried thyme
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup butter and ketchup

Preheat grill. Mix first 3 ingredients, then add next 7 ingredients. Stir well, let stand for 10 minutes, then mix well again, until all is moistened and the bread is no longer in pieces. Add ground and mix well. Melt butter with ketchup and keep warm. Measure out beef in 1/2 cups and form into patties. Grill over hot coals. Turn and brush butter/ketchup mixture. Grill on other side.
