7-UP POUND CAKE

3 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup 7-Up (not diet)
5 eggs
1 1/2 cups butter, room temperature
3 tsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 325. Grease and lightly butter and Bundt pan. Beat sugar and butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix for 2 minutes. Pour into cake pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes in pan before removing to completely cool on wire rack.
