1 white cake mix
1/4 cup hazelnut liqueur
1/4 cup roasted and finely chopped hazelnuts
1/2 cup fresh or thawed frozen raspberries
1 white chocolate candy bar, warmed and shaved into curls
Whole roasted hazelnuts, garnish

Frosting
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 (16 oz) box confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp hazelnut liqueur

Prepare cake mix ad directed except substitute 1/4 cup liqueur for 1/4 cup water. Cool completely.

Frosting: Cream butter and cream cheese, then add remaining ingredients for frosting. Add a few drops of milk if too thick. Frost center of bottom layer of cake, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts, reserving 2tsp for later use. Arrange raspberries over top. Top with second layer and continue icing. When finished, arrange chocolate curls in center of cake. Sprinkle with reserved and whole hazelnuts.
