CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE - Crockpot

3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 (8 oz) pkg egg noodles, cooked al dente, drained
1/2 cup diced green pepper, celery and onion
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, drained
1 (4 oz) jar pimiento
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup cream style cottage cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1/4 cup chicken broth and white wine
2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 tsp basil and tarragon
Salt, garlic powder and pepper, to taste

Mix ingredients and place in a greased crockpot. Cook and cover on LOW for 6-8hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours. Serves 6-8
