Shelly's Recipe

ITALIAN BUTTER

Category: Dips - Cold

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp parsley, crushed red pepper and kosher salt
1/2 tsp basil and pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp oregano and/or rosemary

Whisk together in a small bowl and use to dip Italian bread. NOTE: Like to dip the bread in the oil mixture and then dip the bread in grated parmesan cheese.
