CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE - Easy

Filling
2 cups chocolate chips
3 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract

Crust
1 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/3 cup cocoa and melted butter

Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9 inch springform pan. In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and allow to cool. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining filling ingredients. Pour over crust and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Allow to cool to room temperature before removing from pan.
