WINE HERB HALIBUT STEAK

3 tbsp butter
4 (1 inch thick) halibut steaks
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp dried basil, oregano, salt, pepper and paprika

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Arrange halibut in a single layer and cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Add wine and lemon juice. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cover and reduce heat to a simmer for 8-10 minutes.
