2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup beer
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
dash of cayenne
1 tbsp chopped chives
2 tsp chopped pimientos
Combine cheese, beer, margarine, mustard, & cayenne. Mix until well blended. Stir in chives & pimiento. Makes 1 3/4 cups
