CAESAR VEGETABLE DIP

2 cups mayonnaise
2 (2 oz) cans anchovies, undrained
1/4 cup Dijon mustard, lemon juice and minced green onion, white parts only
1 tsp ground white pepper
2 tbsp capers, drained

Vegetable dippers
Fresh snow peas or sugar snap peas
Baby carrots
Radishes
Cucumber slices
Green onions
Cherry tomatoes
Broccoli florets

Blend together first six ingredients until smooth. Turn into serving dish and stir in capers. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with dippers
