CAJUN MEATBALLS II

1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and dried parsley
1/4 cup milk, finely chopped onion and breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup barbecue sauce and peach preserves
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together first 9 ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on a jelly-roll pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown.
Meanwhile, make sauce by combining remaining ingredients in a saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Add meatballs. Place meatballs in sauce to keep warm in a chafing dish. Serve with toothpicks. Serves 6-8
