YANKEE DOODLE SEAFOOD

10 oz lobster, bite size pieces
10 oz shrimp, medium size
6 tbsp butter
2 tbsp green peeper, finely chopped
2 tsp grated onion
1/4 up pimentos, chopped
2 cups light cream
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
6 tbsp flour
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 cup grated cheddar
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Saute lobster, shrimp, green pepper, onion and pimentos in butter for five minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups cream and Worcestershire; mix well. Combine flour and 1/2 cup cream; blend and add to seafood mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened. Add mustard, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted stirring occasionally. Serve over buttered noodles.
