TILAPIA PARMESAN

2 lbs tilapia fillets (orange roughy, cod or red snapper can be substituted)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 tbsp butter, softened
3 tbsp mayonnaise and finely chopped green onions
1/4 tsp seasoned salt and basil
Pepper and hot pepper sauce, to taste

Preheat oven to 350. In a buttered 13x9 inch baking pan, lay fillets in a single layer being careful not to stack. Brush with juice. Bake for 10-20 minutes or until the fish starts to flake.

In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mixing well with a fork. Spread the cheese mixture and bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
