Shelly's Recipe

MEAT MARINADE FOR BEEF KEBOBS OR STRIPS

Category: Marinades

1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp brown sugar
4 tbsp oil
1 cup pineapple juice

Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix together next 4 ingredients and add to seasonings and mix well. Place meat in a shallow pan and pour marinade over meat. Allow meat to marinate at least 4 hours.
