POLISH SAUSAGE AND CABBAGE - Crock Pot

1/2 head cabbage, coarsely sliced
1 potato, peeled and diced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper, caraway seed and minced garlic
1 onion, sliced
1 1/2 lb polish sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 (14 oz) can chicken broth

Place cabbage in the crock pot and toss with potatoes and spices. Add onion and sausage. Pour broth over all; stir lightly. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 2-4 hours. Serves 4
