Cooked rice for 4 servings
1 tbsp oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lb sliced mushrooms
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup port wine or chicken broth
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 tsp basil

While rice is cooking, heat oil in skillet. Brown chicken breasts on both sides, about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes, covered. Serve over hot rice. Serves 4
