1 1/4 lb ground beef
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 tsp salt and chili powder
18 jumbo pasta shells
2 tbsp melted butter
1 cup taco sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses
1 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips
1 cup sour cream
3 green onions, chopped.

Brown meat and drain. To the skillet, add the next 3 ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Cook pasta shells according to pkg directions . Toss with melted butter. Fill shells with beef mixture. Arrange shells in a buttered 13x9 inch baking pan.

Pour taco sauce over and cover with foil. Bake at 340 for 15 minutes. Uncover and top with cheeses and crushed tortilla chips. Return to oven and bake until bubbly and remove from oven. Top with sour cream and green onions. Garnish with chopped lettuce, chopped black olives and sliced cherry tomatoes.
