RUSSIAN POTATOES

4 large potatoes, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1/4 lb butter
1 pint water
Sour cream
Salt
Paprika and Parsley, garnish

Put potatoes in skillet with onions and butter. Cover with water. Cook until water evaporated and potatoes are tender. Add sour cream and heat through. Put in a serving dish and season with salt. Garnish.
