1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp lemon juice and honey
1/2 tsp poppy seeds
1/4 tsp ground ginger and ground mustard

Whisk together until well combined. Pour dressing over desired from and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. NOTE: Enough for about 4 cups chopped assored fresh fruit
