CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN

Category: Chicken

1/2 cup cornmeal and flour
1 1/2 tsp salt and chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb) chicken, cut up
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup melted butter

Combine frist 6 ingredients in a bowl. Dip chicken in milk and then roll in the mixture. Place in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 50-55 minutes or until juices run clear. Serves 4-6
