STUFFED POTATOES

Category: Hash Brown Potatoes/Casseroles

1 (32 oz) pkg frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients and pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Cook, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until heated thoroughly.
