FROZEN MOCHA TORTE

1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs, divided
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup chocolate syrup
2 tbsp instant coffee granules
1 tbsp hot water
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

Combine 1 cup crumbs, sugar and melted butter; press onto bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch sprinform pan; set aside. In a bowl, beat next 3 ingredients until smooth. Dissolve coffee granules in hot water; add to cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.

Uncover and remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.
