Grilled - SKILLET RED POTATOES

10-12 medium red potatoes, cut into quarters or sixths
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 cups beef broth or water
Dash cayenne pepper

Mix olive oil and garlic in a large frypan. Arrange potatoes in a single layer, cut side down, in garlic oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour broth over potatoes. Place over hot coals and bring to a boil, move to mreidum-high fire and cook unitl broth is almost gone and potatoes are brown, about 30 minutes. Turn potatoes and brown on the other side. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Serves 6-8
