HAWAIIAN MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice and olive oil
1/3 cup rum
1 tbs packed brown sugar and grated fresh ginger
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp pepper

Combine in a resealable bag. Use 1/2 of mixture to marinate fish or shellfish for 30 minutes up to 1 hours or chicken up to 6 hours before grilling. Discard use marinade. Baste with remaining marinade.
