2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp chopped pimento
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
In a bowl, combine ingredients; cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with chips or vegetables.
