TWO MINUTE MICROWAVE FUDGE

1 lb box confectioners sugar, sifted
1/2 cup baking cocoa and butter
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Combine ingredients in a 2 quart glass bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir until blended and pour into a buttered 8 inch baking pan. Cover and refrigerate until well set. Cut into chunks.
