1 can evaporated milk
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
3 (6 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) jar marshmallow cream
2 cups chopped nuts
Boil milk and sugar for 11 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir until melted. Pour into two buttered 13x9 inch baking pans. Chill before cutting.
